Let us agree that although God has given us the power of choice, He wants us to choose His Life, His Gifts, His Will and His Ways. To choose any other life, gifts, will and way is to choose separation from Him, and this is simply what death is. Death is separation from the life of God.
Deuteronomy 30:19-20
I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life….”
The purpose of man is to live in the image of God, expressing His life on earth and glorifying Him in all our doing.
The Apostle Paul puts it very well in the book of Philippians chapter 3verse 4
‘…I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Assignment is the unique ‘doing’ of each person, expressing His life through individual talents, gifts, personalities and divine connections.
Romans 12:6
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them:…
Let us recap our position so far.
We have the power of CHOICE!
We have been created with the purpose of expressing God’s life on earth!
We all have a unique assignment!
We have been given talents, gifts, personalities and connections to accomplish our assignment!
Now let’s look at what God does in order to accomplish His will on the earth!
God desired to have fellowship with His people. He needed a place for His presence and a mediator between Him and the people.
Because the life and order of God has such specific requirements, He needed the earthly house and process to be exact so as not to cause death to the very people He wanted to have fellowship with.
In other words He needed gifted, anointed people with special spiritual understanding and wisdom to complete the Job. The needed to be ‘BLESSED WITH SKILL.’
Exodus 28:3 AMP
3 Tell all who are expert, whom I have endowed with skill and good judgment, that they shall make Aaron's garments to sanctify him for My priesthood.
WOW! This scripture tells us God endowed “BLESSED” some people with ‘SKILL’ and ‘GOOD JUDGEMENT’.
Why?
To make Aaron a garment that is needed to serve as a priest! This garment was the representation of sanctification for service.
Expressing the life of God in our work as a part of life assignment is a true expression of worship. We have confidence to use our faith for the BLESSING TO BE SKILLED in the work our hands, because we chose His Life, His Gifts, His Will and His Ways.
In conclusion, lets look Exodus 35 as a basis for our declaration.
Exodus 35:30-35 NKJV
And Moses said to the children of Israel, "See, the Lord has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah; and He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and understanding, in knowledge and all manner of workmanship,
"And He has put in his heart the ability to teach, in him and Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. He has filled them with skill to do all manner of work of the engraver and the designer and the tapestry maker, in blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine linen, and of the weaver — those who do every work and those who design artistic works.
Verse 30 and 34 for us…
… God has called me by name – He has filled me with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and understanding, in knowledge and all manner of workmanship, and He has put in me the ability to teach. He has filled me with skill to do all manner of work!
Let this declaration be in your mouth day and night together with the prayer and declaration at the beginning of this letter believe in the supernatural endowment, the BLESSING TO BE SKILLED to operate in you and through you with power.
